In the diaspora as in the country, the Congolese woman has demonstrated her
Development acting skills. In the diaspora, in addition to their duties as mothers, they have embraced studies in several disciplines and accepted professional responsibilities which give them an equal role as economic and development actors.
At FICE, they have instilled a dynamic that gives full meaning to its dazzling visibility:

they initiated the collection of financial aid for the victims of Goma following the volcanic eruption;
They celebrated Christmas 20121 with more than 200 children in the Kibati camp, displaced following the eruption of the Nyiragongo volcano;
They have organized educational conferences to tackle the phenomenon of the drug "bomb" with a motherly feeling and compassion to alert and keep young people across the DRC, especially those in Kinshasa against the destruction of this narcotic;
Each year, it commemorates International Women's Day through debates and conferences that bring together political actors, human rights defenders, cultural and social entrepreneurs.
In the organization, they are not a special group that requires special attention but more effective members who participate in the achievement of its objectives. They strive to shape the Congolese citizens and the world of tomorrow.
