Identify the scientific and technical skills of Congolese abroad in order to make them available to the DRC and engage them in reflections and research that contribute to practical solutions to Congolese problems. 

Create, offer, and negotiate businesses and contracts opportunities in Congo and abroad 

Encourage and support the emergence of scientific, political, economic, and social actors available to serve the Congo and their host country 

Collaborate with Congolese and consular authorities for:

• The protection of Congolese abroad

• The census of Congolese abroad

• Elections for Congolese Abroad

• Job creation and integration of Congolese students who return back home

Create conditions and structures for collaboration in Congo with:

• Government institutions

• Private sector

• Civil society

Serve as a welcoming and mentoring framework for Congolese students abroad
