From its creation, FICE understood that one cannot analyze the problems of the Democratic Republic of Congo and propose adequate solutions without being on the Congolese ground.
To work together with our compatriots, because we cannot build with speeches only but much more by taking actions that allow the transfer of knowledge, skills and wealth.

Like everywhere else, FICE being obliged to be legally registered in order to be an organization that respects national laws and authorities, it was more than necessary to have an officially recognized structure in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
FICE RDC also plays the role of host structure for the diaspora who return temporarily or permanently to the country with the objective of contributing to national development.
The FICE DRC office is made up of local animators and of those in the diaspora to demonstrate unity and joint efforts to build a more beautiful country than before.
